Soto Kudus Menara, Depok

It seems that this restaurant is quite famous in Depok.  While we were going there we saw 2 restaurants in different place.

The building is just like The Dutch old house with hight ceiling n old ornament.  Nice house actually.

They have many kind menus instead of Soto Kudus.  We ordered Soto Kudus, Fried Chicken, Garang Asem n few snack which has served on the table.  The price is not so expensive actually n the taste is so so...

Spicy Garden Indian Restaurant, Singapore

This is our 1st meal while arrived in Singapore.  Located at Little India, around Mustafa Centre Shopping Centre...We dont have any choice...since its India's area.

We ordered Prawn Fried Rice n Chicken Kebab for 3 of us n those more than enough for us.

Comic Cafe, Tebet - Jakarts

Finally i m here...  For a few years just passing the place...

I though they have comic which can b read here..  or their was as i saw in one restaurant review tv channel....  but i m wrong this time...  they dont have a comic just the ambience is like a comic.

Let see the menu...  hhhuuummm...  nothing special i think... n the price is not cheap either.  Do u wanna know the taste...  hhhuuummm...  nothing special too.  N the packaging of the food is not making me curious to taste it...  That's too bad....

Saung Rasa, Jakarta

I m not sure bout the name of the restaurant actually.  When i was buying their voucher at Lakupon, the name of the restaurant is "Saung Geulis" but when we were there, the retaurant name was "saung Rasa".  The location of the restaurant is hiding behind Indomaret - Soepomo, Tebet, Jakarta.  I wouldnt recognize if i didnt call them fist.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is good actually but it was empty n very hot.  Maybe it is good at night.

I bough voucher for the 4 pax package.  Excluding drink off course.  N we ordered Bakwan Jagung as an additional n Coconut Water for our drink.

The taste is so so.  My mom said their rice is too hard... Their fish n chicken fried is hard too....  Eeerrrggghhh... not good for our teeth... :D

I dont think i will back here again...  Means....??

One Day Culinair Vacation to Bogor

We decided to have one day culinair vacation to Bogor when each of us wants to eat difference meals which is coming from Bogor.

We left by train at 06.30 am.  The train was empty...  We choosed female section on the back of the train.

The train trip took around 1 hour.  N it was cost only around idr 4000....

First destination was Jalan Suryakencana...  We heard many kinds of food around the street.  We havent took any breakfast yet so we head to Laksa Gang Aut.

Then we decided to go to Bogor Botanical Garden.  We need to release our energy for our next culinair...  We would back to Jalan Suryakencana for other food on our lunch time.

I just knew that Bogor Botanical Garden closed for the car on Sunday n public holiday...  great...

By paying idr 15000 we took a car to go around the garden.  The tour guide told me about the history of the garden n showed us few parts of the garden; the twin tree n the oldest tree...

Hhhuuummm.....lunch time....  hhuuurrraaaa....  

We were back to Jalan Suryakencana.  Its time to taste other food around the street.

We choosed Soto Kuning HM Yusuf...  sssslluurrppp....

Really really great taste....

Walked around the street under the sun really made us tired n sweat.

We decided to go home.  But we need to buy some snack...  so i bough Asinan at Jalan Roda n Colouring Bakpao at De Paris...  

Actually we were stop by at Jalan Sudirman for Es Sekoteng n Toge Goreng H Omah.  But forgot taking a pictures...  Sorry...

What a great day...  back to Jakarta by train was a closing session of our culinair journey...  Hhhuuummm...  whats the next destination then....???

Bakmi GK, Jakarta

After many years i m back eating Bakmi GK.  GK comes from Gang Kelinci, Pasar Baru, Jakarta.  Hhhuuummm...  Pasar Baru is the oldest market in Jakarta.  So...u can imagine how many years this noodle restaurant is.

This time i m back to my original taste...  i m ordering chicken noodle - bakmi ayam but i m adding fish ball too... with mix ice off course es campur...  hhhuummm....  yummy...

The taste still great...  nothing can b compared with them...

Es Teler 77, Menteng - Jakarta

Everybody will admit that Es Teler 77 is the legend of Teler Ice.  So many other kind of Teler Ice coming but nobody having a good argument againts Teler Ice at Es Teler 77.

After many years...i was having lunch there.  Even they just have few branches but everybody who is living in Jakarta knew their specialization.

I ordered Special spicy Nodle n off course Teler Ice... the regular one...  Means a big size one...  The taste still good...  its simple actually...  only coconut, avocado n jackfruit with milk n ice off course...  but the taste is so special...  hhhuuummmm.... so delicious...
